Bulleit Bourbon Visitor Experience Shelbyville - Near Louisville

A design team from New York City reached out to us about bringing a living wall to a building they were designing for Bulleit Bourbon. Growing up in the Midwest, just across the river from Kentucky, Bourbon was a big part of our culture, full of mystique and heritage. The living wall was to be located adjacent to a craft Bourbon Bar. We wanted to present our highest quality of work with an Iconic look to match the Iconic Brand.

Outcome

This living wall is a Hybrid between a Herb and Tropical Living Wall, featuring over 15 species, including Mint, Rosemary, Ferns, Antherium, and a small Orange Tree. The Mint, Rosemary, and Orange Blossoms add a floral fragrance to the living wall that is noticeable as soon as you walk into the space. In addition we coordinated with a local sign provider to install an impressive “Bulleit” sign ontop of the living wall. The outcome is a One-of-a-Kind multi-sensory living wall that greats visitors from all over the world. This wall presents Kentucky and the Midwest as an Eden where the latest in technology and design can be married seamlessly with its rich heritage.
